2. Orders and Formation of Contract
If you wish to purchase a product, please contact us through the inquiry form on the Website.
After confirming product availability, shipping fees, and any other relevant details, we will provide you with payment instructions.
Your order will be confirmed once payment has been successfully completed using the payment method specified by us.

Shipping within Vietnam is free of charge. For deliveries to Japan and other countries or regions, shipping fees may apply depending on the size and weight of the product and the delivery destination.
Any customs duties, import taxes, consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges arising from international shipping are generally the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping and Delivery
In-stock items are generally shipped within 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
For made-to-order items, the estimated production and shipping time will be provided separately.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
Orders generally cannot be canceled after payment has been completed.

7. Handmade Product Characteristics
Xuân Thị Handmade Crafts products are individually handcrafted by skilled artisans. As a result, variations may occur in embroidery and bead placement, color, natural material textures, shape, size, and other details.
Such variations are inherent characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
